Employment Law Explained Ltd was founded by Adam Watson, an employment lawyer with nearly two decades’ experience advising employers on complex workplace issues.
Adam combines legal expertise with a strong understanding of the practical realities faced by HR professionals and managers. This approach is informed by:
- Legal Experience: Across private practice and in-house roles, as well as advocacy before the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
- Qualifications: A Law Degree and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Sectors: Advising public and private sector organisations, including those in financial services, oil and gas, food and drink, education, and the NHS.
The focus is on delivering clear, practical employment law training, alongside targeted consultancy support where organisations need expert guidance on specific workplace issues.
